Why We’re Not Currently Taking On New Clients

We’re at maximum capacity
On Top Marketing is a very small team and I personally lead all of the projects.
Our churn rate is very low
Clients rarely leave and that means my time doesn’t get freed up very often.
I don’t know how to hire project managers
And it’s not the direction I’d like to take the business in as I enjoy doing the work myself.
Taking on more clients would mean giving less to existing clients
And that’s something I’m not willing to do.
